What happens at your party?
Your assigned party host will meet and greet you and your guests at reception.
Children’s shoes and presents are taken up to the party room for safe keeping.
Coloured VIP party bibs are issued to your party guests for high visibility and prestige. Tables are reserved in the main area with unlimited squash for thirsty energetic guests.
A tannoy announcement to congratulate the birthday child will be made and also to round up the guests to the party room.
When do they take place?
10:00 until 12:00
11.30 until 13.30
13:00 until 15:00
16:00 until 18:00
During school term we can offer a later start time of 16:30 until 18:30
Party Prices
Toddler Party Term time only and in school hours. £10 per child.
Off peak - Mon - Wed (term time only) - £14 per guest (minimum of 10 children)
Peak - All other times £17 per child (minimum of 10 children)
Party bags £3.00 each
What does the Birthday ceremony involve?
Cut the cake, birthday awards, disco lights and smoke machine. Meal commences with music and lights.
Duration is 2 hours in total and can be made up of the following 2 options:
Free play for 1 hour and 15 mins followed by party room for 45 mins
Free play for 1 hour followed by party room for 1 hour.

All of the above choices are plated as finger food and served with chips
Cold food options:
Platters of freshly made sandwiches. Sandwich fillings can consist of ham, cheese, tuna or jam. All our sandwiches are served on white bread. We are happy to be advised in advance if you would like brown bread or more or less of a particular sandwich filling
The platters also include local butcher’s cocktail sausages, sausage rolls, crudités and crisps.
All party food includes ice-cream for dessert.
We ask that each party choose either a hot or a cold food option for the entire party.
With the hot food options, each guest has a choice or alternatively the booking adult can choose for the entire party.
Space2Play reserve the right to make changes to food options without notice.

A selection of morning pastries and croissants served with two jugs of orange juice. Perfect treat for morning parties.
Crudites £16.95
Carrot, cucumber and pepper batons, breadsticks, humus and garlic dip.
Finger nibbles £22.95
Crispy chicken goujons, onion rings, scampi and skin on fries with dipping sauces.
Eastern platter £22.95
Typically mini vegetable spring rolls, vegetable samosas and vegetable goujons with dipping sauces.
Sandwich platter £20.95
A selection of sandwiches served with Tyrell's crisps and a salad garnish.
Morning coffee or afternoon tea platter £20.95
A selection of finger sandwiches and sweet treats. Typically cakes and muffins/biscuits.
Each platter typically serves between five to six guests. Space2Play recommend platters are served as guests arrive. All party extra's need to be pre booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Party extra's are only available to order for parties booked at Space2Play.
